The holiday season is here, and who better to spread some Christmas cheer than TikTok’s rising star, Jordynne Hahn? We caught up with her to talk about all things holidays — from her family’s festive traditions to her very honest wrapping skills rating. Let’s dive in!
As we gear up to celebrate the holidays, what are you most looking forward to? Does your family have any special Christmas or holiday traditions?
Jordynne: I truly look forward to everything holiday-related! Thanksgiving was amazing with my family and friends, but Christmas takes it to another level. I’m obsessed with gift-giving to my besties and celebrating all season long. Our family always hosts the holidays, and while it’s wonderful, it’s also a little crazy (in the best way). My mom’s cooking? Unmatched. She makes the absolute best food for everyone, and I’m convinced she’s a holiday chef superhero.
What do you do to get into the holiday spirit? Do you have any favorite Christmas songs or movies?
Jordynne: I’m all about the TikTok Christmas dances! You’ll catch me doing them nonstop. I’m also a big fan of light shows and Christmas festivals with my friends. My favorite Christmas song is “Santa Tell Me” by Ariana Grande — it’s a bop. And for Christmas movies, it’s gotta be Elf! I’ve watched it so many times I’ve lost count. Buddy the Elf is a whole mood.
What is the best gift you’ve ever received and the best gift you’ve ever given?
Jordynne: Best gift I’ve ever received? Easy — my Miniature Dachshund, Mr. Blue! He’s the cutest little ball of love, and our house is so much happier with him in it. As for gifts I’ve given, I’m all about finding out what my friends and family really want or need. I’m basically Santa’s little helper when it comes to thoughtful gifts.
If you could decorate your Christmas tree with any theme, what would it be?
Jordynne: Pink, because it is! No explanation needed. Pink everything forever.
Be honest, how would you rate your wrapping skills?
Jordynne: Oof. Honesty time? I’m giving myself a solid 1 out of 10 right now. But listen, I’m working on it! This year, I’m aiming to level up to a 2 out of 10. Baby steps, okay?
Lastly, what’s your message to your fans as this year comes to an end?
