Oatmeal Blueberry Yogurt Pancakes Recipe

  1. At 350 degrees F, preheat the nonstick griddle, and at 200 degrees F, preheat the oven. With nonstick spray, spray the nonstick skillet.
  2. In a bowl, add salt, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, oats, and flour. Add blueberries and mix them.
  3. In a different bowl add butter, yogurt, milk, and eggs. On the dry ingredients pour the mixture and mix them accordingly.
  4. Oner, the nonstick griddle, cook pancakes until the bubbles appear on top, and flip after 2 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately with maple syrup.

To Make The Salad

  1. On the baking sheet to combine spread the crumbled ramen noodles and sliced almonds and heat the oven to 425°F.
  2. For 5 minutes, bake them until they look golden.
  3. Remove and set aside. From the oven, remove the baking sheet and stir them to toss. For 3 minutes again return it to oven and toast.
  4. In a large bowl, add all ingredients and toss them until combined.
  5. Serve immediately and keep it in the refrigerator.

To Make The Vinaigrette

  1. Whisk all the ingredients in a bowl until they combined.

Veggie Fried Rice Recipe

  1. Over medium heat in a large wok, heat vegetable oil.
  2. In a pan add onion and carrot for 5 minutes cook it until it will look soft and stir it in the red bell pepper for 3 minutes and then add garlic and cook it for 30 seconds.
  3. Season it with salt and pepper and remove vegetables from pan.
  4. In a pan again add the oil and add egg until the egg scramble and season it with salt and pepper.
  5. In the pan add rice, veggies, and frozen peas to the pan, stir it with soy sauce and sesame oil for 4 minutes. Seasone it with salt and pepper.

Veggie Fried Rice is ready to replace you favorite dinner dish.
